General Question
A Federal Firearms License (FFL) is a license issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) that allows individuals or companies to legally engage in firearms-related businesses. If you want to purchase a firearm, you can only do so from a licensed dealer who holds an FFL. In other words, an FFL is required by law to conduct background checks on buyers, keep records of firearm transactions, and follow various regulations related to the sale of firearms.
To purchase a firearm at Naples Guns & Ammo, you must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States with a valid government-issued ID. You must also pass a background check through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). Certain types of firearms may have additional requirements, such as a concealed carry permit or proof of firearms safety training.
